Sunglass Hut is committed to providing its customers with a hassle-free return experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.

How to Return an Item

To return an eligible item, you can either visit a Sunglass Hut store or return it by mail. To return an item by mail, follow these steps:

1. Go to Your Orders to display your recent purchases.
2. Select the item you wish to return.
3. Click on the "Return Item" button.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process.

You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed. The full refund amount will be visible in your account within 7-10 business days.
